are shipped within 3-5 business days or less*. We strive to ensure that you receive your
products in a timely manner, allowing you to meet the demands of your customers and
keep your business running smoothly.
We also have a hassle-free returns policy in place. If you receive a damaged or
incorrectly packaged order, we accept returns within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases,
we may request photos as evidence of the issue. We want to make sure that you are
satisfied with your order and will work with you to resolve any problems that may arise.
Canceled orders, Refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items that are prohibited to be returned: Clothing/Wearables, Bowls, Food stuffs.
